Online Leadership Program

A comprehensive online leadership program for women and non-binary people in STEMM at all career stages, providing access to a global network of leaders and skills development for impact-driven leadership. Program runs August/September 2026 – April 2027 with a global meet-up extension in November/December 2026.

Antarctic Expeditions

Experiential voyages to Antarctica for women STEMM leaders, enabling firsthand experience of climate change impacts and fostering collaborative leadership. Approximately 180 women from 25 countries participate in these expeditions aboard two ships.
