Giving Philosophy

The Foundation believes in providing access to Christian education for students whose families cannot afford full fees, focusing on financial need combined with meeting the College's general entry criteria. It operates as a closed, school-linked foundation where scholarship recipients are selected confidentially by a committee of Cardo Foundation directors, with expectations that recipients maintain satisfactory academic and behavioural standards throughout their studies.

Tips for Applicants

This is a highly specific, closed application process tied directly to Citipointe Christian College enrolment. Applications must be submitted by hand or registered mail (not email) during July each year for the following year. Applicants must provide extensive financial documentation including 3 years of tax returns, notice of assessments, detailed asset and liability schedules, and consent for credit checks. The process is confidential and includes both student and parent/guardian components. Financial need is the primary selection criterion combined with meeting the College's general enrolment criteria.
