Giving Philosophy

The Trust is dedicated to serving its local community by fostering discussion, promoting arts and education, and nurturing young talent, primarily through its community newspapers and associated awards. It functions on a not-for-profit, non-commercial basis, generating revenue from advertising which is then reinvested into activities aligned with its core purposes.

For the biennial Youth Arts Award, applicants should be prepared for assessment and mentorship by experts. Notable Grants

• Two promising local artists each received $5,000 as part of the biennial Warrandyte Youth Arts Award in 2023.
