Tips for Applicants

As a club-linked foundation, partnerships are likely prioritised over unsolicited grant applications. Contact the foundation directly via community@hawthornfc.com.au to discuss potential programs or partnerships aligned with their focus areas: Indigenous engagement, mental health, disability inclusion, and social inclusion.

Giving Philosophy

Sport is the ultimate vehicle to facilitate sustainable social and cultural change within the community. They aim to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people to reach their full potential, increase awareness of mental health issues among young Australians, and create programs that promote inclusion and equality for people of all abilities, genders and cultural backgrounds.
