Tips for Applicants
Applications are accepted anytime but assessed bi-annually in November and May for project starts in January or July. Applicants are encouraged to seek additional support from other bird conservation funding groups to enhance project success.
Giving Philosophy
The foundation provides annual grants of up to $10,000 per project for up to 3 years, valuing projects that enhance understanding of shorebird ecology, support community conservation, or promote awareness through travel scholarships or creative works. It encourages applicants to seek additional support from other funding groups.
