Emphasise women's leadership or direct women's benefit, and if based in or serving Queensland's Sunshine Coast, North East Victoria, PNG, or East Africa, highlight this geographic connection to June's legacy.

It prioritises bold, risky new initiatives run by courageous pioneering women or directly benefiting women, small gutsy organisations, and projects addressing entrenched social problems. The Foundation values courage, potential, legacy, and collaboration in selecting recipients.
