Description

Unlocking the Potential of Dry Powder Carriers for Biologic Applications. This project aims to systematically investigate and characterise the formulation design and aerosol delivery performance using a novel dry powder inhaler. Using an interdisciplinary approach that integrates aerosol science and computational fluid dynamics, it examines critical factors influencing aerosol behavior and device efficiency. The research will generate new knowledge in particle technology, enhance performance and functionality, support intellectual property development, and provide economic and environmental benefits. Outcomes will advance inhaler technologies for diverse applications, improving efficiency and sustainability in dry powder delivery systems.. Scheme: Linkage Projects. Field: 3214 - Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Lead: Prof Daniela Traini
