Competitive matched funding from $1M pool across all Catalysing Impact participants. Individual grants $150K-$400K. Primary selection criterion: amount of external capital secured (documented LOIs, term sheets, conditional approvals). Estimated application window Jul-Sep 2026. Steering Committee assesses "degree to which funding will leverage further funding and generate impact." No guarantee (clauses 5.1, 6.5). SIH retains co-investment right for 3 years post-program (clause 5.3).
