Description
Community Spirit Grants up to $2,000 and Community Growth Grants up to $15,000 for regional and remote Queensland community-led initiatives.
Requirements Summary
Not-for-profit organisations with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status in regional and remote Queensland are eligible to apply. Projects must align with one or more priority areas: Liveability, Health, or Education. Two grant streams are available: Community Spirit Grants (up to $2,000, awarded three times yearly with deadlines in January, April, and August) and Community Growth Grants (up to $15,000, awarded annually with a January deadline). All applications must demonstrate community need, sustainability, and positive impact on regional/remote communities.
Eligibility Criteria
Not-for-profit organisations with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status preferred. Other community groups may be referred to donor partners.
Grants cannot be provided to individuals
Projects must be located in regional and remote Queensland
All applications must demonstrate alignment with one or more priority areas: Liveability, Health, or Education
Assessment Criteria

Demonstrated community need and positive impact on regional/remote Queensland communities
Long-term sustainability and fostering productive partnerships with local communities
Community-led initiative demonstrating local aspirations and spirit
