Description

Fine-Grained Video Understanding and Retrieval . To effectively process the vast amount of video data generated in various sectors, this project aims to develop an advanced artificial intelligence system capable of identifying and retrieving precise moments in video based on text queries. By reasoning over both visual and auditory elements of video content, the system will enable automated, fine-grained video understanding and retrieval. It involves recognizing objects, people, actions, and events, understanding their spatial relationships and interactions over time, and integrating relevant context. This capability will be valuable in sectors such as homeland security, crime prevention, transportation, retail, and entertainment, enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making..
