Intelligent Emotion Detection: Next-Generation AI for Speech Analysis. This project aims to develop a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool to better detect subtle emotional changes in the human speech to create a more accurate and efficient speech emotion recognition system. Existing speech emotion recognition systems rely on machine learning analysis, while this project will, for the first time, approach the problem using a novel deep learning method to yield high performance. The project expects to generate new knowledge in AI and signal processing and enhance emotion recognition capabilities. It will have wide-ranging applications in areas, such as personalized medicine, remote health care, mental health assessments, education, and human-computer interactions.. Scheme: Linkage Projects.
