The Healing at Home on Country, Aboriginal Elders & Mentors Grant Program funds culturally safe, community-led initiatives that support healing, rehabilitation, and reintegration for Aboriginal people leaving custody in NSW. It aims to provide Aboriginal Elders or mentors to support Aboriginal people on parole or post-release, deliver culturally appropriate health, wellbeing, healing or mentoring programs, and support post-release transition, reintegration and connection to family, community and culture.

This grant program, known as the First Nations Clean Energy Advice Grants, supports First Nations communities in Australia to access expert advice and build skills for participating in clean energy projects.
