The aim of these grants is to provide funding for community-run events on or around 26 January.

A new round of Triennial Arts Partner Funding is now open. Arts, cultural or heritage organisations that are based in (or have a significant history of delivering work in) Maribyrnong, and have a strong track record of producing high‑quality work and engaging the community in meaningful ways, are encouraged to apply.

This program is open to organisations with a turnover of $10 million or below, and individuals, to apply for funds for projects or initiatives that benefit people with disabilities.

The 'Best Doctors Australia Review' is not a grant. 'Best Doctors' is a service, often provided complimentary to members of health insurance policies (e.g., Bupa Silver Plus Hospital and Gold Hospital products), that offers access to a network of medical specialists for second opinions and information on medical conditions. It also includes a 'Doctor Online' service for non-urgent medical questions.

Provides funding and support for the development of church leaders in Australia and New Zealand.

Multi-year capacity funding provided by Ecstra to support Super Consumers Australia's consumer-focused policy work and practical guidance for people seeking information on retirement topics.

Ecstra's funding supports the expansion of Christians Against Poverty's (CAP) Money Mentor program, which trains and supports volunteers to operate as financial capability workers in community outreach.

A bespoke program funded by Ecstra that helps social enterprises embed financial education into their support models, aiming to help people gain confidence and skills to control their finances.

Cross-cultural mentoring for employers and refugees entering workforce, plus one-off small grants for job readiness costs

Funding for documentary films at pre-production, production, or post-production stage. Key requirements include footage (concept reel, character compile, or rough cut), a 1-2 page proposal, other funding sources or a strategy for attracting funding, and a clear audience/impact plan. Applications are accepted on a year-round basis.

An award supporting journalism and communications in rural and regional areas.

Funding for documentary production/filming

Grant funding to boost the weaving production capacity of the Australian Tapestry Workshop through training and employment of short-term contract weavers.

Enabling grants for Lions Clubs to carry out community projects that may exceed their financial resources. Considered quarterly.

Provides funding for medical practitioners to acquire therapeutic products to support patients with T-cell and B-cell lymphoma.

Provides one-off grants to support grassroots community initiatives or events that create social impact and build a connected, engaged, and thriving Warrnambool community.

Grants focused on building financial capability within communities, particularly for those experiencing financial stress or disadvantage, including initiatives creating employment pathways and embedding financial education alongside job training. [10]

Partnerships to develop and deliver financial education in schools, at home, and other learning environments, ensuring broad access to money skills and financial planning. [5, 19]
