The concept of creating a radio station dedicated to serving the seniors of Perth emerged in the year 2000 to address the special interests of this large group of discerning listeners. After many iterations 101.7FM frequency became home to Capital Community Radio where a range of groups are now served, prioritising community engagement for senior services, sharing resources, and cultural awareness in the arts via digital and airwave radio.

Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the professional world, supporting groups and individuals from diverse backgrounds who should have greater representation in positions of influence and leadership, and supporting them through personalised and high-quality career development services. We also aim to address the unique challenges faced by individuals navigating diverse career paths to help them find success even as their career journey seems uncertain in direction.
