Product Action is a small ADE which, very successfully, provides employment opportunities and skills development for individuals with an intellectual disability, so that they can actively participate in the workforce and increase social independence. At the same time however, Product Action functions as a business, and is competitive within the small business sector, ensuring a high quality service to our customers. Product Action provides a niche service, providing Supported Employment and skill development for individuals with high support needs increasing independence. Product Action is a small, unique service providing a person-centred approach. Our staff provide one on one support to help each individual achieve their employment and learning goals.
