Not only does Aware aim to equip employees with disabilities to access mainstream employment we also provide Lifestyle and Training programs.This is to acquire the skills and qualifications needed to achieve personal and work goals. All Aware supported employees are given the opportunity to increase their skill levels. We provided people with a disability in our community the opportunity to have meaningful employment and we also offer Training and Lifestyle Programs at our Kane Road Site. Our employees have the opportunity to have more choice and control in their lives by gaining independence by earning an income.
