Company objective is to provide secure employment and on-the-job training for disadvantaged job seekers. This is to be achieved through operating self-funding commercial business enterprises, either in our own right or in partnership / collaboration with others. All business operations are developed from sound business planning principles, with external funding limited to available grant funding or other debt financing. Government funding is avoided in order to minimise the overhead of compliance management. Any form of commercial undertaking is considered. Currently the primary business unit is operating Australia's best Resource Recovery Facility under contract to Mackay Regional Council. Incredable Management have in other times operated motor vehicle service and maintenance operations under contract to major mining company vehicle supply companies, yard maintenance and cleaning services, non-structural fabrication and such. Current workforce totals 25 people of whom 95% are target employees.
