YMCA ReBuild is a social enterprise delivering commercial construction services whilst training, employing and supporting young people involved in the criminal justice system. Our aim is to reduce the rates of reoffending and reintegrate young people into the community. Over 10 years operating has given us the opportunity to provide training to over 150 young people in custody, and employ over 350 from the justice system.
