We are a unique volunteer based charity that provides innovative and flexible programs to disadvantaged children, youth, adults, families and other NFP organisations. The Holland Foundation Op-Shop operates a retail, administration and job search training program; embedded in a strength based community development approach, training is integrated throughout the operation of the shop. Our on site work skills and employment training program has helped get 618 unemployed people into jobs in the last 7.5 years.
