Hotel Etico is a boutique hotel and restaurant in the Blue Mountains, NSW, that provides hospitality training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities while offering unique accommodation and dining experiences for travellers. The social enterprise combines tourism and hospitality services with a social mission to create meaningful employment pathways and promote inclusion in the hospitality industry.

Lucent Globe was founded by Brodie & Roger with a simple yet powerful goal: to offer Australians products that are both eco-friendly and of the highest quality. As identical twin brothers from the Gold Coast, our love for our community and the environment runs deep. Our story began while travelling together in some of the most remote and breathtaking places on earth—from the base camp of Mount Everest to Iceland’s black sand beaches. But even in these pristine locations, we were struck by a common sight: plastic pollution. Seeing this pervasive problem firsthand, we knew we had to act. We knew we couldn’t solve the world’s pollution crisis overnight, but we believed in starting small, with something used in everyday life—a product contributing to plastic waste. From this we designed the worlds first dishwashing sheet! These values drive us to innovate and create solutions that are not only effective and affordable but also designed with minimal environmental impact. At Lucent Globe, we’re committed to making a real difference by creating alternative products that help reduce plastic waste, are effective while being kind to the planet. We also believe that sustainabilty should be affordable and accessible to everyone!

Social Engine Australia is a Victorian social enterprise that transforms the lives of vulnerable young people by providing practical employment experience, paid work opportunities and ongoing support in hospitality, warehousing and logistics sectors.

The Gardens Club is a café and event space located within Brisbane City Botanic Gardens, operating as a registered not-for-profit charity and initiative of Wise Foundation. It provides employment and training opportunities for individuals facing barriers, primarily new migrants and refugee communities, while offering seasonal café fare, function venue hire, and catering services.

Wise Barista Program provides hospitality-based training and employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to work, particularly new migrants and refugee communities. Operating as part of the Wise Foundation, it delivers quality in-house barista and catering services while creating meaningful pathways to economic independence for marginalised people.
